People with food allergies rejoice! One Dish Cuisine, which recently opened in Ellicott City, specializes in dishes for folks with food allergies. The menu is filled with offerings that are free from gluten, lactose and dairy, soy, peanuts, yeast, eggs, fish and animal products – though not all at once. One Dish has initiated a color-coded menu that clearly identifies the special properties of each dish.
One Dish also adheres to a strict Allergen HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point) Plan and enlisted
the services of an independent laboratory to ensure that there is no cross contamination, so those with celiac need not fear.
One Dish also sells its allergen-free products – pizza, breads, cakes and pies – at restaurants and health food stores – or you can order products, gift baskets and party platters directly from the restaurant. Free classes with cooking tips and substitution advice are also available.
