The Ellicott City Flood Anniversary Commemoration is July 29th. There will be a variety of activities happening throughout the day in Old Ellicott City, including Blossoms of Hope’s Tree Dedication.

Please join us at 12:30 pm to honor the victims of the flood and their families with a tree dedication. The ceremony will be behind the Welcome Center, following the Clock dedication.
