To our Old Ellicott City Festival friends:

After careful deliberation, and to protect the health and welfare of our community, guests and volunteers, we are announcing the postponement of SpringFest 2020.  Please know that the Ellicott City Partnership and festival planning team will continue to closely monitor the guidance of state and local authorities, CDC and WHO to responsibly determine when we can safely reschedule this beloved event.  We look forward to giving you the gift of music, art and fun when the time is right.
