Work hands on with our award winning Executive Chef, Dan Wecker creating hand made pasta, chicken florentine, picking greens from our gardens and making crepes! Your camper will be fed breakfast and lunch and will be bringing home some goodies to share for dinner as well! For youth ages 11-16. Limited to 12 campers.
Chef’s Choice Menu for Day Camp: Crepe Complete, Chicken Stock, Minted Pea Soup, Chicken Florentine with Garden Spinach, Papparelle Pasta and a Roasted Tomato Sauce, Garden Vegetables and Mushrooms, Apple Tart with Patissière. We will be harvesting in the Garden. Wear comfortable shoes.
