A “Celebration of Water” features the Six Degree Singers of young professionals in a repertory spanning contemporary to jazz 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, in the historic 1889 St. Louis Chapel, Clarksville. A wine-and-cheese reception in the Social Hall follows the performance by the Silver Spring-based choir. “SH2OWER to SH2ORE: A Celebration of Water” — featuring music from across the ages and of varied genres about the earth’s most important natural resource — includes works by Palestrina, Whitacre and Hogan.
