Paint It! Ellicott City The Howard County Arts Council presents this annual event, which brings artists and spectators to historic Ellicott City, where artists set up their easels around the historic district, capturing the city and all its charms in paint. Event culminates in an exhibit of all the juried artists’ work. Juried artist submissions due April 28, Open Paint applications open in May. $30 entry fee. All day.
