Now through December 15, 2019, two new student exhibitions will be on display in Howard Community College’s (HCC) two galleries, continuing the tradition of bringing compelling and dynamic art to the greater Baltimore region.
The Fall 2019 Student Exhibition, which showcases more than 60 pieces of student art curated by the visual arts faculty, is featured in The Rouse Company Gallery, located within the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA).
Located in the Richard B. Talkin Family Art Gallery, on the first floor of McCuan Hall, is the Senior Portfolio Exhibition. This exhibition consists of 14 visual art majors who are graduating from the program and showcases a wide variety of media.
Both exhibitions are free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. Receptions for each exhibition will take place in their respective galleries from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019. An award ceremony will take place at 7 p.m.
