Executive Alliance, which promotes women leaders in Maryland, will hold the inaugural “20/20 Honor Roll: Gender Diversity in Maryland” recognizing publicly-traded companies headquartered in Maryland that include women in at least 20% of their executive leadership roles and board seats.
At the event, Executive Alliance will present the organization’s annual census report analyzing the representation of women at the highest levels of publicly-traded companies headquartered in Maryland in 2020.
The event will include a roundtable discussion, “Post-COVID women in the workplace: what can be done for me, my company, for others?” moderated by Violet Apple, CEO of Girl Scouts of Central Maryland. Participants include Detra Miller, administrative vice president in M&T Bank’s Business Banking Division, Laura Narefsky, counsel with the National Women’s Law Center, and Karen Wishart, executive vice president and chief administration officer at Urban One Inc.
