Our appetizer is a classic aloo tikki, a crunchy mashed potato and green pea cutlet stuffed with a heavenly blend of chana dal, cilantro, mint chutney, and cilantro and served with Secolari Peach Bourbon Jam. Dinner is the all-time favorite fiery lamb vindaloo served with a garlic and tomato pulao accompanied by a cucumber and peanut raita. Don’t worry – you can adjust the spice level! Dessert is rice and tapioca pudding with saffron and nuts, served with ice cream and topped with Secolari dessert balsamic.
