The Community Foundation of Howard County, which raises, manages and distributes funds to support Howard County nonprofits, will hold the annual Spring Party on the foundation’s grounds at The Apple Ford Center at Athol Manor.
The Spring Party offers an evening of networking and socializing with the foundation’s donors, friends and community leaders as well as hors d’oeuvres and a raw bar, Sobar cocktails, craft beer and wine, live music and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will benefit the foundation’s programs and services promoting local philanthropy and providing grant funding to nonprofit organizations serving Howard County.
Guests at the Spring Party may also tour Athol Manor, one of the oldest residential properties in Howard County. Athol Manor was built from 1732 to 1740 as a clergy house and has gained recognition as a Maryland Historical Trust property. Brightview Senior Living facilitated the donation of Athol Manor, located at the Brightview Columbia location, to the foundation and funded the building’s renovations.
Spring Party tickets cost $100. For more information, tickets and sponsorship opportunities, visit CFHoCo.org/spring-party-2022.
