Hear chef, television host, and author John Shields, owner of the celebrated Gertrude’s restaurant at the Baltimore Museum of Art, discuss his preparation technique as he demonstrates a signature recipe. Often called “The Culinary Ambassador of the Chesapeake Bay,” Shields has written four popular cookbooks on the cuisine of the region. Dance to live music by Junkyard Saints.
