HCGH’s Empower: Supporting Positive Parenting for Substance-exposed Newborns

Empower: Supporting Positive Parenting for Substance-exposed Newborns will support mothers learning to console babies experiencing neonatal abstinence syndrome. The instructor-led virtual course will provide answers to questions and empower families to care for babies through the withdrawal period and collaborate with health care professionals for the best possible outcome.
