Howard Community College will hold a virtual information session for employers interested in biomedical engineering technology apprenticeship opportunities with the college. Apprenticeships allow employers to grow their workforce by enhancing employee skills or hiring new apprentices to meet industry needs.
The biomedical engineering technology apprenticeship supports employers in need of technologists who provide preventive maintenance and on-site repair of medical equipment. The information session will include an overview of the college’s apprenticeship programs as well as a representative from the Maryland Department of Labor to answer questions about apprenticeship incentives and tax benefits. Register online.
