One Step Closer Walk & 5K Run

The One Step Closer Autism Walk & 5K Run brings together those touched by autism and the greater community in a supportive, energizing and fun environment. It features a timed 5K run around Centennial Lake, a Lake Walk of 4K and a shorter 3/4 mile “Amazing Racers” course for those needing 1:1 assistance or who want a shorter stroll. Loads of kids activities from inflatables and face painting to Star Wars characters and Disney Princesses. Every local dollar raised at this event stays here to serve individuals with autism ad their families in Howard County and the surrounding area.
