Festival lovers, locavores and supporters of the buy local movement will converge on Elkridge, MD, for the inaugural Made Marketplace: Elkridge, on Sunday October 21, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event welcomes people of all ages to celebrate Maryland products. It will feature an open air market, artisan, crafts, fine arts, live music and food.
Made Marketplace: Elkridge – A Maryland Artisan Market and Festival that will take place at the historic Elkridge Furnace Inn on the Garden House grounds along the picturesque Patapsco River, at the corner of Race and Furnace Roads.
General Admission to the event is FREE and open to the public, but guests can purchase a $20 Sampling ticket to taste wines, cider, beer and spirits from various craft beverage makers from all across the state in addition to local county wines.
This event will showcase the area, it’s businesses and residential areas, and help visitors discover the beauty of Howard County.
