FREE CONCERT: Dawg & Friends: The Wharf Rats, Live! If you live in Maryland, chances are you’ve heard of The Wharf Rats. The band started ten years ago as a project to bring a new interpretation to the long format jam sound created by the Grateful Dead. The band has evolved over these past years to incorporate originals as well rock, blues, and psychedelic music.
