What is the Women’s Leadership Conference?

The Women’s Leadership Conference (WLC) is a one-day conference that will write HERStory by recognizing the contribution of phenomenal women leaders and their affect on regional business growth as well as inspire all attendees to better and more effective leadership.

Some of the most highly regarded female ‘mover and shakers’ in DC, Maryland, and Virginia are on the lineup. These keynote speakers and panelists will focus on leading women to greatness, motivating and inspiring multi-generational teams, mentorship, championship, work/life balance, succeeding in male-dominated fields, among other pertinent topics.

Attendees will also have the opportunity, in a small group fashion, to discuss best practices of women leaders, “what would you do” scenarios, and current large-scale issues facing women. Further, the WLC is an amazing opportunity for networking among some the area’s best and brightest professionals from not only government contracting but also commercial, non-profit, and academia.
