Our experience will allow us to develop a solution for you. Many of our services can be custom tailored to your needs.

Our service offerings fall into one of three categories, health and wellness programming, medical advocacy, and food allergy awareness and advocacy.

Health and Wellness Consulting & Programming
We provide corporate and individual wellness plans, retreats, workshops, and seminars. We also conduct Mind Body Skills groups and teach these skills to group members, professional Staff, and students (young and college age). We also provide general medical consulting, inspirational and informative talks, and health and wellness coaching. Our services include Corporate wellness, Health and Wellness workshops, Personal Wellness Coaching, Community and Workplace Mind Body Medicine Groups, Wellness Workups, and more.

Medical Advocacy
Have you ever left the doctors office for yourself or a loved one and wished…”If only I had someone to go back over that again for me”, or “Gee I wish I had a doctor in my family to help me process what just happened to me or what I was just told”, Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed by a medical challenge for yourself, your parent, or child and just was not sure where to turn to? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Medical Advocacy services, might just be for you. This is great for anyone who has or is caring for someone with multiple and/or involved medical diagnosis that needs help with organizing, advocating for, understanding, or interfacing on their behalf medically. We help people “maneuver the medical minutia”, without diagnosing, prescribing, or treating. Through our questionnaire and consultation, we strive to get a thorough understanding of your case and your needs. We use our intimate knowledge of the medical system and its resources to help guide you and your family. Whether its advisement on the best bed to buy, using our resource network to find the best practitioners, or help finding an adult daycare, we can help.
* Of note, these are consultative services and do not include any primary or medical care services. We will work in concert with your physician. These services do not include diagnosing, prescribing, or treatment. This is a fee for service offering.

Food Allergy Advocacy and Awareness
Food Allergies and Insensitivities are on the rise. Researchers estimate that 32 million Americans have food allergies, including 5.6 million children under age 18. That’s one in 13 children. Every three minutes, a food allergy reaction sends someone to the emergency room. Each year in the U.S., 200,000 people require emergency medical care for allergic reactions to food. If you or your child are one of the individuals diagnosed with a food allergy, these statistics can be more than overwhelming, as they become a new and dangerous reality. We are here to help guide you and your family to creating a “Food Allergy Toolkit” that includes questions to ask when interfacing with the school, camp, or daycare provider, how to prepare for going out to eat, helpful products and resources. If you own a facility or restaurant that wants to become more Food Allergy sensitive, we offer resources for this as well. We help anyone who has been diagnosed with food allergies and or intolerance, navigate this sometimes challenging and overwhelming arena. Whether the challenge be personal or with a loved one, we help with eating recommendations, dealing with school safety, play dates, labeling, epi pen training, etc. These are just a few of the services that can be provided.
