Women's Self Defense Seminar

Join us this summer for KMMD’s next women’s-only seminar! Taught by women, for women, you will learn realistic self-defense techniques and crime-prevention strategies in a fun and safe environment while getting a great workout. No fitness level or experience is required, and this event is open to the female public ages 14 and up (so bring friends)! We hope to see you there!
