The Art of Sushi: Cooperative Cooking Experience

Learn the art of sushi through this hands on experience with our own Chef Genelle Balan. All the essentials including rice cooking and seasoning, preparation of vegetables and proteins, and methods of both sushi roll and inside out roll. In this class we’ll also go over slicing methods, making spicy sauce, mixing wasabi, and the art of a sushi display!
Limited to just 10 guests, you will be up close to both watch and get coaching to take your cooking to the next level. As well as the sushi, Chef will treat you to miso soup and tempura fried shrimp and vegetables for a full sushi dinner experience as well as a glass of chef-paired wine!
*Please inform our office of any special dietary needs, preferred seating arrangements, or if you or anyone within your party has any issue with stairs or seating on our second floor. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the event we will do our best to accommodate your need!
