Chef Wecker of the Elkridge Furnace Inn will be featuring the wonderful produce of his hand-grown vegetables and herbs for a meal of Gazpacho Andalou with a Couscous Salad, a Tabbouleh Salad, and his celebrated Crab Cake with Herbed Aioli.
