ARTISTS’ GALLERY IN ELLICOTT CITY CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAYS WITH ‘GIFT OF ART’ OPEN HOUSE AND ART DEMOS

Artists’ Gallery in Ellicott City will open its doors on Saturday, December 16 for an all-day open house featuring art demos and festive drinks and treats in conjunction with “The Gift of Art” show that runs through January 7, 2018. Shoppers will find a variety of unique artwork to inspire gift giving for friends, family and loved ones, including beautiful wood objects, ceramic pieces, jewelry, paintings – large and small – and other interesting 3D pieces.

Bonita Glaser will do a watercolor demonstration at 1:00 p.m. and Ellen Corddry will demonstrate her wood block printmaking process at 2:30 p.m. in the upstairs gallery room.

Artists’ Gallery is a member-owned gallery showcasing media that include oil, watercolor, collage, acrylic, pastel, traditional photography, hand-colored photography, digital painting, stained glass, wood-cut prints, mixed media, clay and wooden objects.
